Lesson Learned: The Double Date

To maintain the sanity of your relationship I highly recommend finding another similarly situated couple and double dating. It really is good for your own duo to spend some quality time with another couple who may be going through many of the things you find yourselves going through. You can probably offer each other valuable advice and its good to see that 1) You aren't crazy and 2) Your relationship isn't the only one with minor setbacks. We all go through it!

The key to double dating is to find the right couple. Its often best to go with your or your signif other's best friend and his/her signif other. (Rather than meeting a random couple on the street who may think you wanna swing!)The girl can't be sleazy…because then you may find her in bed with your man one night. And the guy can't be a ho either--who wants to have to fight off their man's best friend. Pick a couple that has similar interests and a compatible lifestyle. If you and your mate go to church every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday, double dating with Magic City's finest and her dope boy boyfriend probably won't work. Pick a nice spot that allows for conversation and good times and get your double date on. I promise it'll be good for ya!
